Safeguarding and Service Scope

Educational service only

The service provides tutoring, quantitative education and learning-strategy support. It does not provide diagnosis, psychotherapy, medical treatment, medication management, crisis intervention or emergency monitoring.

Parent or guardian role

For a minor: a parent or legal guardian completes the initial enquiry and contract; the parent provides accurate authority and contact details; the parent remains responsible for the child's general care, supervision, healthcare and emergency support.

A reachable adult may be required during online sessions for younger students. The parent should communicate relevant safety or access needs without sending unnecessary private records.

Professional communication

Ordinary communication with minors uses approved educational channels. Personal or disappearing-message social-media communication is not used as an ordinary channel.

Session recordings are off by default. No party may record without written permission and an agreed purpose, storage and deletion plan.

Privacy and parent updates

A Student needs enough privacy to think, make mistakes and participate honestly. Parents may receive attendance, agreed priorities, progress themes and relevant concerns. The service does not promise absolute secrecy to a Student or unrestricted access to every statement for a parent.

When confidentiality may be limited

Information may be disclosed where reasonably necessary or legally required because of: serious and imminent risk; suspected abuse, exploitation or neglect; a court order or legal duty; threats or serious misconduct; or the need to obtain safeguarding or legal advice.

Duties vary by the locations of the Student and Provider. Appropriate local services may need to be contacted.

Online environment

The Student should join from a suitable environment. A parent should not secretly record or monitor a session. The Provider may pause a session where privacy, behaviour, technology or surroundings make it unsafe or ineffective.

Academic integrity

The service supports learning and does not replace the Student's authorship. Requests to cheat, bypass assessment controls or misrepresent work will be refused and may end the engagement.

Emergencies

Email, forms and tutoring sessions are not emergency services. For immediate danger or crisis, contact emergency, healthcare or child-protection services in the person's current location.

Raising a concern

A parent, Student or professional may raise a safeguarding or boundary concern at hello@serenellamuradoregallas.info. Include only the minimum necessary information. For urgent danger, use local emergency channels rather than waiting for an email response.
