Website Terms of Use

1. Educational purpose

The Tutoring Website provides information about selective, founder-led, one-to-one educational support for capable students, including gifted, ADHD, twice-exceptional and ambitious learners and students working in mathematics, statistics, economics, econometrics, research methods and related quantitative subjects. The service is educational. It is not a school, clinic, medical practice, psychological practice, psychotherapy service, diagnostic service, crisis service or substitute for licensed professional care.

2. Who may use forms

A parent or legal guardian should complete the initial enquiry for a minor. An adult student may apply directly. A child under 13 must not submit a Website form, subscribe, create an account or provide personal information directly. A person aged 13 to 17 should use forms only with parent or guardian knowledge and where permitted by applicable law and the form instructions.

3. Fit requests and availability

The service has intentionally limited capacity. A submitted application is not acceptance and does not reserve a place. Applications close on 31 August 2026 and are read after the deadline has closed. Every complete application submitted before the deadline receives a written decision by email. An application may be declined because of fit, scope, capacity, schedule, location or safeguarding concerns. A place is confirmed only after the applicant has been accepted, has completed the educational baseline, has accepted the applicable written terms and has made the first monthly payment or begun an approved payment plan.

4. Public-form restrictions

Use public forms only for initial fit information. Do not upload or paste full diagnostic or medical reports; therapy notes; government identification numbers; passwords or payment-card details; detailed safeguarding disclosures where immediate support is required; or another person's confidential school records without authority. Where more information is necessary, an appropriate method will be provided.

5. No diagnosis or clinical treatment

Descriptions of attention, executive function, motivation, anxiety, giftedness or twice-exceptionality are educational observations, not diagnosis. The service does not prescribe medication, provide psychotherapy or replace a physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, occupational therapist, social worker, special-education lawyer or emergency service.

6. Academic integrity

The service supports learning, planning, method selection, interpretation and independent problem solving. It does not sit an examination for a student; write or complete assessed work for submission; falsify attendance, data or references; bypass proctoring or access controls; or violate a school's or university's permitted-assistance rules. The student remains responsible for understanding and following all academic-integrity requirements.

7. Resources and intellectual property

Free and paid resources are licensed for the personal educational use of the recipient and, where relevant, the recipient's household. They may not be sold, publicly uploaded, distributed to a class or organisation, stripped of attribution or used to build a competing service without written permission. A student may use templates and strategies for their own learning. Ownership of the student's original academic work remains with the student.

8. Community and communications

Where comments, community functions, webinars or group sessions are offered, users must communicate respectfully and protect other participants' privacy. Personal information about a minor, school conflict, diagnosis or family situation must not be disclosed publicly.

9. Paid services

Paid services are governed by the Service Terms, the Refund and Rescheduling Policy, the proposal and the Education Client Agreement. Those documents control if they conflict with these Website Terms.

10. No guarantees

No grade, examination result, admission, accommodation, scholarship, diagnosis, improvement percentage, behavioural change or fixed timeline is guaranteed. Progress depends on many factors outside the tutor's control.

11. Emergencies and safeguarding

The Website and service are not monitored as emergency channels. If a child or other person is in immediate danger, contact local emergency or child-protection services in the relevant location. Confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is reasonably necessary or legally required to address serious risk, suspected abuse, a court order or another safeguarding obligation.

12. Privacy and tracking

Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy. Advertising tags must not receive diagnoses, age-specific student details, free-text form answers or client-portal activity. Non-essential tags do not run on application confirmation, onboarding, client or research pages unless expressly reviewed and lawful.

13. General provisions

The acceptable-use, third-party-link, Website-availability, liability and update provisions of the Website Terms for the Provider's personal website apply to this Tutoring Website, with the necessary changes for the educational context. These Terms do not state a choice of governing law or a competent forum. That choice is being settled with legal counsel and will be published in this section once it is settled. Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of the mandatory protections of the country in which they habitually reside.
